IL17A and thyroid cancer: Analysis results showed that carbohydrate metabolism, gene expression, lipid metabolism, small-molecule biochemistry, and molecular transport were ranked in the top 5 of “molecular and cellular functions.” While differential regulation of cytokine production in macrophages and T helper cells by IL-17A and IL-17F, differential regulation of cytokine in intestinal epithelial by IL-17A and IL-17F, LXR/RXR activation, TR/RXR activation, and thyroid cancer signaling were among the top canonical pathways.
