Adult cases in which BL or DLBCL/BL is a diagnostic consideration should be tested for MYC, BCL2, and BCL6 rearrangements, and if MYC break is associated with BCL2 and/or BCL6 rearrangements, the case should be classified as DLBCL/BL irrespective of other features [23].
