The expression levels of MYC were also examined in 786O, 769P, A498, ACHN, and Caki-1 cells, which were derived from patients with ccRCC, and the results revealed that all of these ccRCC cell lines displayed a significant upregulation of MYC as compared with that of a pool of 5 normal tissues. This evidence concerns the gene MYC and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
