OGG1 and lung carcinoma: The overall results suggested there was no significant association between OGG1 Ser326Cys and risk of lung cancer (Ser/Ser vs. Cys/Cys: OR = 1.15, 95% CI = 0.98–1.36; Ser/Cys vs. Cys/Cys: OR = 1.09, 95% CI = 0.95–1.25), recessive (OR = 1.11, 95% CI = 0.97–1.28) or dominant model (OR = 1.09, 95% CI = 0.98–1.21) (Table 2).
