After adjusting for potential confounding factors, analyses using multivariate Cox regression model showed that FIGO stage of disease (HR, 3.08; 95% CI, 2.05–4.63; P<0.001), tumor mass size (HR, 2.37; 95% CI, 1.28–4.36; P = 0.006) and CgA stained positive (HR, 1.81; 95% CI, 1.12–2.91; P = 0.015) remained as significant independent prognostic factors for survival. The gene discussed is CGA; the disease is neoplasm.
