PDCD4 positively regulated E-cadherin and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP2), the negative modulators of cancer cell migration, thus resulting in an increased cell motility and migration [99]. Here, PDCD4 is linked to medulloblastoma.
