ERBB2 and neoplasm: Our recent studies have shown that the tumor-targeted gallium corrole, HerGa (which results from the spontaneous, non-covalent assembly of the sulfonated gallium corrole, S2Ga, and HerPBK10), exhibits intense fluorescence and cytotoxicity to HER2+ MDA-MB-435 cancer cells, thus enabling both tumor detection and elimination [17]–[19].
