CCL5 and osteosarcoma: The results of this study show that NF-κB activation contributes to CCL5-induced αvβ3 integrin expression and migration in human osteosarcoma cells, and that the inhibitors of the NF-κB-dependent signaling pathway, including PDTC or TPCK inhibited CCL5-induced αvβ3 integrin expression and cancer migration.
