In concordance with this, higher titres of malaria-specific IgG subclasses in Fulani population as compared to Dogon for IgG1 (p ≤ 0.0001; Figure 4A), IgG2 (p ≤ 0.0001; Figure 4B) and for IgG3 (p ≤ 0.0001; Figure 4C) but not for IgG4 (p = 0.19; Figure 4D) were found.
