Interestingly, another group of targets is associated with germ cells (Table S3), including Asap1 (Ddef1), which encodes an ADP-ribosylation factor GTPase-activating protein implicated in metastatic prostate cancer [34], and also the Wilms' tumour gene WT1[35]. The gene discussed is WT1; the disease is metastatic prostate carcinoma.
