The PANTHER biological process analysis revealed that most of the up-regulated genes in cancer cells grown as a co-culture with the CAFs were involved in: cell surface receptor linked signal transduction (p = 9.05E-03), lysosomal transport (p = 9.2E-03), developmental process (p = 3.64E-02), antigen processing and presentation (p = 4.22E-02), signal transduction (p = 4.35E-02), cell communication (p = 4.55E-02), nervous system development (p = 4.97E-02). The gene discussed is CD177; the disease is cancer.
