Out of 187 cancers, 87 (46%) were grade 2 (Table 1) and these statistically inversely correlated with the PVI (p = 0.000), tumor size (p = 0.036), nodal status (p = 0.012) and MIB1 (p = 0.000), and directly correlated with ER (p = 0.000) and PR (p = 0.025) status. The gene discussed is MIB1; the disease is neoplasm.
