In another report, miR-1 and miR-206 were found to inhibit rhabdomyosarcoma cell proliferation and migration by targeting met proto-oncogene (c-Met) [9], which is an important oncogene in many types of human cancers, including lung cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, and rhabdomyosarcoma. The gene discussed is MET; the disease is rhabdomyosarcoma.
