Interestingly, we found that formulated isoflavone and 3,3′-diindolylmethane (BR-DIM) were able to inhibit the differentiation of osteoclasts and osteoblasts through the inhibition of cell signal transduction in RANKL, osteoblastic, and PCa cell signaling. The gene discussed is TNFSF11; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
