As seen in Table 2, CCL5, CXCL9, and CXCL10 were up-regulated more in the RA than in the OA group (FC > 2.0), while CXCL9, CCL5, and CXCL10 levels showed a more than 3-fold increase in the RA samples. This evidence concerns the gene CCL5 and rheumatoid arthritis.
