Subjects with IRI ≥5.5 μIU/mL had lower plasma BNP levels than those with IRI < 5.5 μIU/mL, irrespective of obesity (analysis 1, Table 3), visceral fat accumulation (analysis 2, Table 4), and subcutaneous fat accumulation (analysis 3, Table 5) (Figure 2).
