Indeed, we found a decline in cumulative SFRP4 expression from tubal epithelium, benign tissues (including ovarian surface epithelium and inclusion cysts), endometriosis to borderline tumors and cancers (Figure 3.1 A, B), again in consistency with the trend we found by RT-qPCR in cell lines (Figure 1 A).
