Loss of SFRP4 expression from benign to cancer was statistically significant both when measured as membrane expression alone (p<0.0001 overall, Figure 3.2; Benign vs. Cancer, p = 0.07; Borderline vs. Cancer, p<0.0001) and when membrane, cytoplasm and nuclear expression were measured in combination (p = 0.0004 overall, Figure 3.1 A; Benign vs. Cancer, p = 0.039; Borderline vs. Cancer, p = 0.002).
