In our study, Univariate Cox regression analysis for all cases found that high DPEP1 (hazard ratio (HR), 0.42; 95% CI, 0.24–0.76; P = 0.004), high TPX2 (HR, 2.92; 95% CI, 1.57–5.40; P = 0.001), and resection margin positive status (HR, 1.77; 95% CI, 0.99–3.18; P = 0.05) were each associated with prognosis but not the tumor stage or grade (Table 2).
