Previous meta-analyses just of the published studies [6],[10]–[12] have found, in aggregate, a highly significant but only moderately positive association of MTHFR genotype with CHD risk (odds ratio [OR] for TT versus CC genotype of 1.16 in the most recent report [6]), but opinions differ as to whether publication bias could explain away this aggregate result [6],[10]–[12]. Here, MTHFR is linked to coronary artery disorder.
