MTHFR and coronary artery disorder: Consistent with the null results of the folate trials, the results of the present meta-analyses of unpublished MTHFR studies provide no evidence for an association of life-long moderate elevations in homocysteine levels with CHD risk and support the suggestion [12] that the associations observed in meta-analyses of previously published MTHFR studies may be an artefact of publication bias.
