MYC and cancer: Due to the presence of subset of genes in multiple pathways, such as Myc (in 37 function annotation pathways), HSP90AB1 (in 11 pathways), ILF2 and ODC1 (in 6 pathways respectively), the number of genes in cancer, cancer-related and other pathways were 163, 168, and 218 respectively with overlaps indicated in Figure 4C.
