In the tumor tissues, methylation of KEAP1 was not associated with any clinicopathological features, such as primary site location, differentiation, gender, Duke's stage, clinical stage, age, lymph node metastasis, and serum concentration of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) (data not shown).
