We cross-classified the IGF-I and IGFBP-3 concentration and observed an increased risk of pancreatic cancer among those with IGF-I concentration above the median and IGFBP-3 concentration below the median (OR=1.72, 95% CI 1.05–2.83); however, the test for interaction was not statistically significant (P=0.154; Table 4).
