Higher ΔCP values were observed in the ALL group, which means lower expression of WNT7A. As shown in Figure 3A, when we compared the ALL group vs. the healthy volunteers group, we observed a statistical significance of p < 0.001 when normalized with GAPDH and p < 0.003 with RPL32. These results permit us to suggest that reduction of WNT7A expression could be a characteristic hallmark in patients with ALL. This evidence concerns the gene RPL32 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
