CD40LG and primary biliary cholangitis: We considered the probability of autoimmune cholangiopathy in a middle aged woman with unknown cholestasis, autoimmune hyperthyroidism who tested positive for ANA, but the patient had a very low level of anti nuclear antibodies in her serum and normal levels of IgG and IgM, and also the histologic findings were not consistent with PBC or autoimmune choangiopathy.
