There was significant association of Oct-4 histoscores among well, moderated, and poor differentiation of tumor (15.69 ± 3.70, 24.27 ± 2.73, and 43.80 ± 3.49, p = 0.039), and quantification of staining also revealed that these associations differed markedly in adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma population (Figure 1H). This evidence concerns the gene POU5F1 and adenocarcinoma.
