We performed an in vitro chemotaxis assay with the chemokine ligands for CCR8 and CXCR4 (CCL1 and CXCL12) and observed these chemokines induced more efficient chemotaxis of tumor-infiltrating FoxP3+ T cells compared to their counterparts in lymph nodes (Fig. 7B).
