The sensitivity that these studies observed ranged from 6.7% to 90.9% (summary 76%; 95%CI 51-91%), 30% to 95.2% (summary 70%; 95% CI 47-86%) for GP73 and AFP levels in the diagnosis of HCC, respectively, while the specificity ranged from 51.8% to 97.4% (summary 86%; 95%CI 65-95%), 47.1% to 99.1% (summary 89%; 95%CI 69-96%) (Table 3).
