Lower expression of CDK10 was significantly associated with worse TNM staging, increased lymph node invasion, and higher serum carbohydrate antigen (CA)19-9 level in BTC (Table II; P<0.05), but not with age, gender, histology type, tumor location, differentiation grade, serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) level, hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, metastasis, and 1-year survival (Table II).
