In this study, we sought to evaluate DCs cultured for different lengths of time (i.e. 2 days, 4 days or 7 days) for their abilities to: 1) phagocytose UVB-irradiated tumor cell lysate or freeze-thawed whole tumor cell lysate, 2) produce IL-12p70 and IP-10 after maturation with LPS and IFN-γ, and 3) stimulate tumor-specific IFN-γ responses in an autologous setting using DCs and T cells derived from donors or patients with epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC). This evidence concerns the gene CXCL10 and neoplasm.
