IFNG and neoplasm: To assess the ability of Day-2, Day-4, and Day-7 DCs to prime human donor T cells reactive against tumor antigens, DCs developed from the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of normal healthy HLA-A2+ donor as above were either left unpulsed or pulsed with UVBL or FTL of SKOV3 cells, then matured with LPS and IFN-γ, and used to stimulate in vitro autologous CD3+ T cells for two consecutive weeks.
