Inactivating somatic EZH2 mutations have been reported in myeloid neoplasms such as poor prognosis myelodysplasia-myeloproliferative neoplasms (10-13%), myelofibrosis (13%) and various subtypes of myelodysplastic syndromes (6%) [4, 5, 15]. Here, EZH2 is linked to myeloproliferative disorder.
