Inactivating somatic EZH2 mutations have been reported in myeloid neoplasms such as poor prognosis myelodysplasia-myeloproliferative neoplasms (10-13%), myelofibrosis (13%) and various subtypes of myelodysplastic syndromes (6%) [4, 5, 15]. This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and Myelodysplasia.
