In the test cohort, only 2 out of the 66 normal/cancer adjacent tissues were geminin-positive (3%, Figure 7B and example in 7C), whereas 92 from the 180 DCIS (51%, Figure 7B), 61 out the 100 invasive (61%, Figure 7B and example in 7D) and 113 from the 165 metastatic tumors (68%, Figure 7B) were geminin-positive.
