CYP2C8 and myocardial infarction: Note that Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 are screenshots of the visualization provided by our application in which users can interactively moving the nodes and clicking the nodes to obtain more information about the node. The graphs show that there is a strong ranked association between Rosiglitazone and myocardial infarction which is not present for Troglitazone, particularly involving four genes: SAA2 (Serum Amyloid A 2), APOE (Apolipoprotein E), ADIPOQ (Adiponectin) and CYP2C8 (Cytochrome P450 2C8).
