Additional support for the regulation of SNAI2 by Runx2 was provided by RT-qPCR analysis of other cell types, namely C4-2B/Rx2dox prostate cancer cells, in which SNAI2 was stimulated by dox-induced Runx2 (Figure 1B), and T47D/shRx2dox BCa cells, in which SNAI2 expression was inhibited after dox-induced shRNA-mediated silencing of endogenous Runx2 (Figure 1C).
