In 204 NPC cases with prognosis information, we observed that the level of NESG1 protein expression was significantly correlated with overall survival, as patients with lower levels of NESG1 expression had poorer survival (Figure 2A1) and shorter disease-free survival duration (Figure 2A2) than those with higher NESG1 expression (P<0.001). This evidence concerns the gene CFAP45 and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
