MYC-binding sites were previously analyzed by ChIP-on-chip (Chromatin immunoprecipitation in combination with promoter tiling arrays) and by ChIP-PET (Paired end sequencing of the precipitated DNA fragments) analysis, in a single BL cell line and one MYC-inducible lymphoblastoid cell line (P493-6), respectively, latter serving as BL model [23], [24]. This evidence concerns the gene MYC and Burkitt lymphoma.
