The mean of the concentration of CXCL13 in sera from 27 patients diagnosed with primary Sjögren's syndrome was significantly higher (170 +/- 23 pg/ml) than that determined for thirty healthy control sera (92.0 +/- 18.9 pg/ml), as shown in Figure 4c, (P = 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene CXCL13 and Sjogren syndrome.
