With the ENCODE Consortium data [39] which provide mapping of Myc binding sites by ChIP and direct sequencing (ChIP-seq) in three human cancer cell lines, HeLa (cervical cancer), K562 (chronic myelogenous leukemia) and HepG2 (liver cancer), we defined a common set of 73 genes among 5 human cell lines (Table S3). This evidence concerns the gene MYC and cervical cancer.
