Diabetes mellitus (β = 0.247, 95% CI 0.117 to 0.984; P = 0.013), anti-dsDNA levels (β = -0.239, 95% CI -.004 to 0.000; P = 0.016), and triglycerides (β = 0.306, 95% CI 0.001 to 0.004; P = 0.002) were found to be independent predictors of OPG levels in the serum of SLE patients.
