Using the criterion of a 1.5-fold differential expression in tumor tissue compared to the normal counterpart, there were 9 out of 79 patients (11.4%) whose tumor had GP96 under-expression (≤ 1.5-fold), 11 patients (19.0%) equal expression (between 0.67- to 1.5-fold), and 55 patients (69.6%) over-expression (≥ 1.5-fold, Figure 2). The gene discussed is HSP90B1; the disease is neoplasm.
