We discovered also that like the metastatic WM1617 melanoma cells, the WM278 primary melanoma cells overexpressing high levels GFP-Nck2 (N14) displayed low levels of Integrin β1 and β3, as well as E- and N-Cadherin in Triton X-100 soluble extracts compared either with parental WM278 cells, WM278 cells overexpressing GFP (C2) or low levels of GFP-Nck2 (N7) (Figure 9).
