The aim of this study was to evaluate PON1 activities by means of both traditional (i.e., paraoxonase and arylesterase activity) and new assays (i.e., TBBLase and DEPCyMCase activity) in a population of subjects with or without angiographically confirmed CAD, according to either the presence or absence of MS diagnosis. Here, PON1 is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
