Treatment with low concentrations of 15d-PGJ2 (1.0 and 2.5 μM) for 48 h reduced the Bcl-2 and Bcl-xl expression levels in A2780/AD more strongly than in A2780 cells (Fig. 3A), which might also explain the higher cell killing potency in A2780/AD cells.
