COX-2 inhibitor (NS398) reduced the steepness (hill slope) of the 2fly CRC relationship in ANG II C57 vs. saline C57 (Figure 1F) and thus, inhibited the effectiveness of 2fly at the low to middle range of concentrations (0.1 nM to 10 nM).
