CD1A and psoriasis: Concurrently, the percentage of CD1a+ cells at day 6 were 89.3 ± 3.8 and 88.9 ± 2.6%, in controls and patients, respectively, demonstrating that there was no impairment in the ability of monocytes obtained from patients with early-onset psoriasis to differentiate into DC-like cells (Fig. 1).
