Among the SZ, BD, and ASD candidate transcription factors and chromatin modifiers that change dramatically in day 10 neurons are POU3F2, MYT1L, RFX4, ZNF804A, SMARCA2, and NPAS3, and the chromatin modifier JARID2, which regulates the polycomb repressive complex. Here, SMARCA2 is linked to Behcet disease.
