Results show that 7 of them are related to MAPK signaling pathway (p-value = 9.91e-10), that 7 of them are correlated to protein kinase binding (p-value = 2.57e-09), and that 6 of them are connected with MAPKKK cascade; furthermore, 3 of them are responsible for the MAP-kinase scaffold activity(p-value = 1.93e-10), which agrees well with the current knowledge of Diabetes [25], [26]. The gene discussed is WEE1; the disease is diabetes mellitus.
