ATP6V0E1 and tuberculosis: Though other ATPases such as ATP1B3, ATP8B2, and ATP6V0E1 were reported to be differentially expressed genes between TB patients and LTBI individuals in the O'Garra study [22], ATP10A was for the first time found as a differentially expressed gene which was more repressed in TB patients than in LTBI individuals upon PPD stimulation (Table S2).
