These results, taken together, indicated that Icaritin induced CML cell apoptosis was associated with MAPK/ERK/JNK signaling regulation, and, at least in part, Jak2/Stat3/Akt signaling interference may play a significant role in inhibiting cell proliferation and survival of Bcr/Abl+ leukemia cells.
