SULF1 and neoplasm: After intratumoral injections of viruses at a total dose of 109 pfu per mouse, suppression of tumor growth in the Ad5-hSulf1 treated group was more effective, with the tumor inhibition rates of 46.19% and 49.56% in SKOV3 and BEL-7404 models, respectively, compared with the blank control group (P<0.01).
