IL17RA and Splenomegaly: Neutralization of γδ T cells enhanced the susceptibility of both wt and IL-17Rα−/− mice (Figure 3A and B), and IL-17 receptor deficiency did not impact splenomegaly (Figure 3A), nor tissue colonization by B. abortus (Figure 3B) at one week post-infection relative to infected wt mice.
